Help Us Design Your Private Oasis!!!
Our family home is situated on a sprawling 12-acre lot, the home is surrounded by lush woodlands, providing a perfect escape into nature. An easy hike will take you to an additional 50 acres of wooded land, inviting exploration and adventure. The house itself is hidden amongst the trees, offering
unparalleled privacy and seclusion. At the back of the home, a serene pond adds to the natural
beauty and tranquility of the property.
Initially we will renovate the downstairs to offer:
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom / A Spacious Living Room / A Huge Kitchen / 1300 square feet
We will reinvest proceeds into further renovations. Our vision includes expanding the home to up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ultimately creating a 3,000 square foot haven for larger groups and families. But, first, we must make this home make money 😊
